Where do you ship?

We currently ship only within the UK. We hope to expand to other regions in the near future.

How long will my coffee take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is £6 across the UK. Enjoy free shipping on orders over £25 or on all subscriptions.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Do you offer subscriptions?

Yes! You can subscribe to receive your favourite coffee weekly, every two weeks, or monthly. You can modify, pause or cancel anytime from your account.

What subscription options are available?

We currently offer fixed subscriptions (same coffee every time). A surprise rotation subscription will be available soon!

Can I return my order?

Since coffee is a perishable product, we don’t accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or replace items if the address entered was incorrect.

How should I store my coffee?

Keep your coffee in an airtight container in a cool, dry place—ideally away from light and heat. No fridge needed!

Is your coffee freshly roasted?

Absolutely. All our coffee is roasted in small batches to ensure maximum freshness and flavour in every bag.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check your tracking link first. If there’s no update or it seems delayed, contact us at tazaspecialitycoffee@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.

How can I change the shipping address for my subscription?

You can update your shipping address anytime from your account. Just make sure to do it at least 48 hours before your next billing date to ensure the changes apply to your upcoming delivery.
