Shipping
Shipping Areas
We currently ship only within the United Kingdom. We hope to expand our coverage areas in the future.
Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once dispatched, estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is £6 across the UK. We offer free shipping on orders over £25.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can check the delivery status.
Returns
Non-returnable Products
Since we sell whole bean coffee, a perishable product, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Thank you for your understanding.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at tazaspecialitycoffee@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We'll be happy to resolve the issue either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Shipping Address Errors
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We cannot issue refunds for orders not delivered due to address errors.
