Meet the Producer — Finca La Divisa (Apía, Risaralda)

High in the mountains of Apía, Risaralda (1,750–1,820 m), Finca La Divisa is cared for by Oscar Restrepo and his family with patience, knowledge and heart. For Oscar, coffee is a philosophy: nature sets the rhythm — flowering, ripening, weather — and he adapts.

Twice awarded at "Calle del Café" for his natural process, he champions sustainability from the soil up, cultivating native microorganisms to strengthen plants without chemicals.

His coffees are full of life and connection — the work of someone who chose to grow with the land, not against it.
